In our efforts to maintain your comfort while waiting for your late flight, we have prepared different options for your enjoyment to choose from : Check Out Time : 12.00 noon. Should you wish to keep your room until later than 12.00 noon, please contact our Front Desk at extension 2 (two) to check availability and organize your late departure with the following optios :

• Up to 6pm : 50% of the room rate
• Up to 9pm : 80% of the room rate
• Later than 9pm : 100% of the room rate

During High Seasons (15 June – 15 October) and Peak Seasons (20 December – 5 January), the late departure arrangement will be as follows :

• Up to 6pm : 80% of the room rate
• Later than 6pm : 100% of the room rate

If you choose not to stay in the room, we have prepared the following facilities so that you can continue enjoying our facilities until your departure time :

• CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT; please consult to our Front Desk at the lobby to close your account by 12.00 noon
• SPECIAL VOUCHER; once your account has been closed and cleared, a special voucher will be given which can be exchanged with pool towel(s) so that you can continue enjoying the pools and other facilities
• LUGGAGE ROOM; your luggage can be stored at our luggage room located at the Concierge Desk, which is manned 24 hours a day
• VALUABLE ITEMS; your valuable belongings can be securely kept in our Safery Deposit Box at the Front Desk
• CONSUMPTION; all your consumption on Food & Beverage, Spa and others from this point, must be settled directly at the outlet
• SHOWER & MAKE UP ROOM; before heading to the airport, you can take shower and refresh yourself in our airconditioned shower rooms located at the main building. Towels, soap, shampoo, hair dryer and make up mirror are available inside the shower rooms. Please inform our Front Desk or Concierge if you need assistance in finding the shower rooms.
