Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation for FIT should be received by the hotel 72 hours prior to arrival date or otherwise a 1-night cancellation fee is applicable (except Christmas and New Year when notice of cancellation is required 7 days prior to arrival date).
No show policy
In the event of ‘no show’, a 1-night cancellation fee is applicable. Please note that groups will be charged for the entire stay.
