Cancellation Policy
- High season / peak season cancellation policy
- Full pre-payment is required. Non refundable
- Low season cancellation policy
- Cancellation made within 7 days prior to arrival and no show will result a one night room charge. Shorten the length of stay after check-in will result an additional one night room charge.
No show policy
In the event of ‘no show', a 1-night cancellation fee is applicable. Please note that groups will be charged for the entire stay.
