  • Welcome drink and chilled face towel will be provided upon arrival.
  • free return airport transfer is available from 07.00 until 22.00 hrs for clients staying minimum 3 nights (not valid for group transfers).
  • only vaild for Indonesia citizen and KITAS/KIMS holder.
  • terms of payment : credit card guarantee to secure the booking. payment will be charged upon departure.
    • cancellation and no show policy
      cancellation notification for FIT should be received 72 hours prior to the arrival date or otherwise a one night cancellation fee will be applied.
    • in the event of no show 2 nights room charge will apply as a no show fee.
    • cancellation notification for group should be received 30 days prior to the arrival date or otherwise a one night cancellation fee will be applied. group no show will be charged for the entire stay.
