Once every three months, the Management of Legian Beach Hotel selects and announces the best employee/ employees. The winner of each period is entitled for the prize and points which will be accumulated. At the 4th period of the year, base on points accumulation, the Management announces The Best Employee and the Best Supervisor of the Year.

This new system is designed to give an equal opportunity to the employees to show the best in their department, and at the end, to motivate them to produce the best performance to achieve the highest standard of service.

By having the Best Employee program, accordance with the Mission Statement, the Management of Legian Beach Hotel will be able to ensure the continuous improvement through teamwork and training with mutual respect and support, by giving recognition and rewarding their willingness to do the best for Legian Beach Hotel.

Therefore, the Legian Beach Hotel Management are proudly announce The Best Employee of the Year 2007 for Front Office is Mr. I Made Darmayasa, The Best Employee of the Year 2007 for Back Office is Mr. I Wayan Kawi, and The Best Supervisor of the Year 2007 is Mr. Komang Santika.
